The Blackhawks dropped the first game of a back-to-back 4-0 the Hurricanes. Chicago returns home to face the Kings on Sunday at the United Center.

The Rockford IceHogs fell 5-0 and were swept by the Cleveland Monsters. Rockford is off until Wednesday when they host the Rampage.
