Blackhawks forward prospect Evan Barratt has developed a name for himself in his three seasons at Penn State for scoring highlight-reel goals.
The 2017 third-round pick had, at least, two last season as a sophomore with a lacrosse-style tally against Arizona State last November and added a shorthanded goal against Ohio State in January.
Barratt added another highlight-reel goal to his resume Saturday against Michigan State. He scooped up the puck below the goal line, tossed it into the air across Spartans goaltender John Lethemon’s face then hit the puck into the net on his backhand.
