The Blackhawks will have a prospect playing half of the games during the opening day of the 2020 World Junior Championship on Thursday.
Left wing Michal Teply and host Czech Republic will face Russia in the first game of the tournament. Forward Antti Saarela and reigning WJC champion Finland will play against rival Sweden in the second set of games.
