The Blackhawks continue their three-game road trip Thursday when they visit the Sharks in San Jose.

The IceHogs fell 4-2 to the Milwaukee Admirals on Wednesday in Rockford.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, the Bulls shut down Lauri Markkanen for the rest of the season after he underwent tests following a rapid heart rate during the team’s 118-98 loss to the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.

The Cubs and White Sox officially begin their seasons Thursday. The Cubs visit the Rangers in Arlington, Texas, while the White Sox head to Kansas City to play the Royals.
