There will be five Blackhawks players and three prospects in action Sunday during the 10th day of the World Championship tournament in Slovakia.
In Group A play, Alex DeBrincat and Patrick Kane (United States) will play Dominik Kahun (Germany). Kane leads the Americans with nine points, and DeBrincat has a team-high six goals.
The second game will see Henri Jokiharju and goalie prospect Kevin Lankinen (Finland) face off against France. It’s possible that Finland opts to sit Lankinen for this game to give him some rest.
In Group B action, prospect Dominik Kubalik (Czech Republic) takes on Austria. Kubalik has two goals and four assists in the tournament. The second game will see Artem Anisimov (Russia) face off against prospect Philipp Kurashev (Switzerland).
