Elsewhere in Chicago sports, White Sox pummeled the Indians 9-1 to snap a three-game slide. The Cubs’ seven-game win streak came to an end with a 6-5 home loss to the Marlins. The Bears drafted a conditional 2021 seventh-round draft pick to the Raiders for kicker Eddy Pineiro.

The Cubs and White Sox play Tuesday.
