The Blackhawks are reportedly trying to upgrade their defense with a top-four defenseman via trade.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, the Sky won their third straight game with a 70-64 road victory over the Indiana Fever. Anthony Rizzo hit a two-run home run to lift the Cubs past the Dodgers 2-1. The White Sox fell 8-4 to the Yankees. Fire midfielder Djordje Mihailovic was added to the United States’ Gold Cup roster in place of the injured Duane Holmes.

On Sunday, the United States (Red Stars: Morgan Brian, Tierna Davidson, Julie Ertz, Alyssa Naeher) play Chile in Group F play at the World Cup. The Cubs and White Sox both play.
