2019 Blackhawks training camp: Dylan Sikura among 12 players re-assigned to AHL

Eight forwards, three defensemen and goaltender Matt Tomkins head to Rockford.

The Blackhawks made another wave of roster cuts by re-assigning eight forwards, three defensemen and goaltender Matt Tomkins to the AHL.

Here are the players heading to Rockford for the start of the IceHogs training camp Sunday.

Forwards: Dylan Sikura, Matthew Highmore, Brandon Hagel, Philipp Kurashev, Mikael Hakkarainen, Alexandre Fortin, Reese Johnson, MacKenzie Entwistle

Defensemen: Nicolas Beaudin, Joni Tuulola, Lucas Carlsson

Goaltender: Matt Tomkins*

Chicago’s NHL camp roster now includes 33 players: 18 forwards, 11 defensemen and four goaltenders.
