The Blackhawks announced their training camp schedule Thursday. Prospect Roope Laavainen blocked one shot in 3:43 of ice time in HPK’s 2-1 overtime loss to HC Pilsen in Champions Hockey League. Victor Ejdsell also blocked a shot and served a five-minute penalty in Färjestad BK’s 2-1 loss to HC Ambrí-Piotta.
The NHL Prospects tournament begins Friday with the Blackhawks scheduled to face the Red Wings at 6 p.m.
Three Russian Blackhawks prospects are scheduled to play Friday, and Ivan Nalimov (SKA St. Petersburg) could start in net against Yekaterinburg.

On Friday, the Sky visit the Connecticut Sun. The Cubs play the Brewers again. The White Sox start a series against the Angels.
