By now you know the story: the Blackhawks are searching for a new president after firing John McDonough on Monday.
Blackhawks chairman Rocky Wirtz took a chance on McDonough, who was with the Cubs for 24 years but had no front-office hockey experience, and found success. And now, Wirtz and his son Danny, who was elevated from vice president to interim president, will seek a new leader for the organization.
But what do you think about the Blackhawks latest move? Was it the right call or no? Should more people be sent packing, and if so who should they be? What should the background of the new president be and what should their responsibilities be?
