2020 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs: August 16 schedule, how to watch on TV

There are five games on the schedule, including three for the Western Conference.

It’s an action-packed Sunday with five games on the schedule, including three Game 3s and two Game 4s, both in the Western Conference.

The Capitals and Islanders start the day with New York looking to take a commanding a 3-0 series lead at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, the Eastern Conference hub city.

The first Game 4 will see the Flames and Stars at Rogers Place in Edmonton, the West’s hub city. Calgary holds a 2-1 series lead after a 2-0 win Friday. The Blackhawks will try to avoid being swept by the Golden Knights. Chicago was swept in the first round its last playoff appearance in 2017 by Nashville.

The night closes out in Toronto with the Canadiens and Flyers tied 1-1 in their series. Montreal, the No. 8 seed in the East, stunned top-seeded Philadelphia with a 5-0 victory Friday. The Canucks can take a 3-0 series lead against the Blues in the final game of the day in Edmonton.
