The second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs continues Monday night with two games on the schedule.
In the Eastern Conference, the Islanders and Flyers — both from the Metropolitan Division — start their series at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. New York, the sixth seed in the East, upset the No. 3 Capitals in five games to advance to the second round, while top-seeded Philadelphia took six games to end off the Canadiens.
Out in the Western Conference, the Stars look to take a 2-0 series lead against the Avalanche when the two Central Division foes play Game 2. Alexander Radulov had two goals and assist to help Dallas win 5-3 in Game 1. Avalanche goaltender Philipp Grubauer and defenseman Erik Johnson were both injured in the series opener and are now out indefinitely. Forward Matt Calvert is day-to-day, but out for Game 2 as well.
