Second game of a back-to-back situation tonight, and I would guess the Blackhawks didn’t get in until fairly late today, as there was snow in both Buffalo and Chicago last night which probably delayed things quite a bit. Patrick Lalime will be starting in goal for the ‘Hawks.

The Panthers are another team the Blackhawks should be able to handle, as they have scored only 80 goals this season, which ranks them 26th offensively in the NHL. However, they have a strong power play, so it will be important for the Hawks to stay out of the penalty box tonight. If they can capitalize on scoring chances, and score on their own PP opportunities, it shouldn’t be a very tough game tonight for Chicago.
