The Blackhawks returned to practice on Monday after taking Sunday off following Saturday’s 5-2 win over the Oilers in Edmonton.
Since Chicago won its last game, it shouldn’t come as much surprise that the lineup looks awfully similar to what was on the ice the last time we saw the Blackhawks:
Richardson was asked about the continued scratching of both Lukas Reichel and Nolan Allan, who are both first-round picks that would seem to be ideal candidates for the lineup considering they both have the potential to be long-term options in Chicago. Here was his response, as reported by Ben Pope from the Sun-Times:
Not much else to report from Monday’s practice before the Blackhawks wrap up this early road trip by facing the Calgary Flames on Tuesday night.
