Blackhawks playoff chase: March 26
Here’s a look at Chicago’s playoff chances heading into Tuesday’s games.
The Blackhawks have seven regular-season games remaining and are trying to return to the Stanley Cup playoffs after a one-year absence. Each day until the end of the regular-season, Second City Hockey will breakdown their chances at a spot in the playoffs.
Monday’s results
The Blackhawks were idle and are five points out of the second wild card in the Western Conference.
The Blues and Predators clinched playoff spots in the West. St. Louis held off the Golden Knights from sealing a playoff spot with 3-1 win. Nashville shut out the Wild in Minnesota.
The Stars also grounded the Jets, 5-2.
