Ignoring how the Predators completely skated circles around a lackadaisical Blackhawks team en route to a sweep, this is the kind of magic that Reddit was designed for. It’s not quite willing to delve into conspiracy theory territory, but it’s nudging you there. I’m just saying, guys. I love this post so much.
There’s just one little problem: the Blackhawks 100 percent deserved to swept out of the playoffs like they did. Sure, it seemed totally inexplicable to watch at the time, but the only people that robbed the Blackhawks of the opportunity to accomplish anything are the Blackhawks themselves.
Although, hey, if they DID replay the series, I’m not opposed.
