The Blackhawks have released the schedule and details of their eighth annual Fan Convention, which will be held at the Hilton Chicago from Friday July 17th to Sunday July 19th.
The opening ceremonies will be broadcast live on CSN Chicago and WGN Radio at 5 PM Friday. Coverages details from CSN can be found here. Seven panels will be streamed on the official apps and website.
Improv comedy troupe The Second City will once again take part on Saturday evening with a Blackhawks game show.
The currently scheduled panels include a coaches’ panel with Joel Quenneville, Mike Kitchen , Kevin Dineen and Jimmy Waite, a panel with Jonathan Toews and Andrew Desjardins reliving the 2015 Stanley Cup Final, and a panel with Patrick Kane and Denis Savard discussing their scoring skills (no 19/88 panel? Come on, guys!)
