Morning Bag Skate: Blackhawks host Red Wings in preseason home opener

The Chicago Blackhawks will host the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday in their preseason home opener at the United Center.

Chicago won its preseason opener Tuesday with a 5-2 win at Columbus behind a 38-save performance by Anton Forsberg, and a goal and assist by Nick Schmaltz and Cody Franson.
