Morning Bag Skate: 4-2-18

The Chicago Blackhawks have Monday off and won’t return to action until Wednesday, when they visit the St. Louis Blues.

Chicago is in 22nd place in the league standings at 74 points, which gives them a 5 percent odds at the No. 1 pick in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. The Hawks are tied with Edmonton and the New York Islanders at 74 points. Edmonton plays Monday at Minnesota, while the Islanders are idle.
