The second round of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs could be ending this weekend, with a pair of divisional final series already locked up.
Carolina and Edmonton have secured their spots in the conference finals, while the Florida Panthers and Dallas Stars have the inside track on the Toronto Maple Leafs and Winnipeg Jets, respectively, with advantages of 3-2 in each of those series. Florida and Dallas both have a chance to clinch on home ice during the upcoming pair of Game 6s, with the Eastern Conference up first on Friday night and the Western Conference following on Saturday. Potential Game 7s loom on Sunday and Monday.
