Dallas Stars at Vegas Golden Knights, 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)
These two strong puck-possession teams' battle to reach the Cup Final begins Friday night in Vegas. It's been a few years since either have been to a Cup Final: the Golden Knights made it to the final in 2018 and the Stars in 2020. Another interesting twist to this series is that the Knights will be facing their former coach, Peter DeBoer, who is now behind the bench for the Stars.
Saturday, May 20
Eastern Conference
Florida Panthers at Carolina Hurricanes, 7 p.m. (TNT)
The Panthers continue to be the story of these playoffs as they defeated the Hurricanes 3-2 in the fourth overtime period of Game 1 – a crazy, thrilling start to the conference finals. According the NHL, it was the sixth-longest game in history and the longest for each franchise. Let's see how the Hurricanes respond Saturday night. Florida leads the series 1-0.
