So here’s the good news… we’re here to help. You might have noticed the “tickets” option up on our menu bar next to Rosters, Stats and whatnot. It’s from TiqIQ an SBN partner that provides us a service for buying tickets to games. You should use it if you want to go to games because the days of walking up to the ticket booth 10 minutes before puck drop and just buying a 300 level seat are long gone… sigh.
Anyway, TiqIQ is sponsoring a contest across the various SBN hockey sites, in which you can win tickets to an upcoming regular season game. All you have to do is take about 15 seconds away from Second City Hockey or whatever porn site you probably have loaded (pervert) and get your twitter on…
Here’s what you need to do:
- Follow @TiqIQ on Twitter.
- Tweet us (@2ndCityHockey) with the name of the player you think will be leading the Blackhawks in penalty minutes as of November 30, 2011, the number of penalty minutes he’ll have, and the hashtag #TakeASeat (see the graphic below for an example).
- Entries must be made on or before October 31, 2011.
- The winner – matching the player and the number of PIMs – will be announced on December 9, 2011.
