2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs: SCH open thread May 12

The Tampa Bay Lightning look to close out their Eastern Conference Semifinal matchup against the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night at Amalie Arena.

It will the Lightning’s third attempt advance to the Eastern Conference Final after winning the first three games of the series. The Lightning will not have right wing Ryan Callahan, who is out indefinitely after having an emergency appendectomy. Only four teams in Stanley Cup Playoff history have come back to win a best-of-seven series after trailing 3-0.

The Manchester Monarchs (Kings) will take their first attempt to eliminate the Wilkees-Barre/Scranton Penguins, when they play Game 5 of their second-round series of the Calder Cup Playoffs in the Keystone State.
