The Blue Jackets haven’t performed well in front of their home crowd at Nationwide Arena with just a 2-7 record in the playoffs and 1-2 when facing elimination at home.
Columbus head coach John Tortorella is high on his team, guaranteeing a Game 7 on Wednesday in Washington.
The Boston Bruins hope goaltender Tuuka Rask rebounds after allowing four goals in a Game 5 loss to Toronto. The winner of this series will play the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second round.
