2018 Stanley Cup playoffs: April 22 open thread

There are two Stanley Cup playoff games on the schedule for Sunday.

Both the Colorado Avalanche and the Philadelphia Flyer are looking win Game 6 to force a seventh game Wednesday after trailing 3-1 in the series. The Game 7s would be played Wednesday.

Sean Couturier with 1 minute, 15 seconds left in the third period for the Flyers to top the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-2 in Game 5. Colorado also had some late-game heroics the last time out with Sven Andrighetto’s goal with 1:28 left to stun the Nashville Predators 2-1.

If Nashville wins the second round will be set in the Western Conference. The Predators would meet the Winnipeg Jets, who ousted the Minnesota Wild in five games. The San Jose Sharks and Vegas Golden Knights each advanced after a first-round sweep.
