Russia 7, Sweden 3
Artem Anisimov scored third tournament goal for Russia in a 7-3 blowout victory over Sweden to win Group B. He had five points in the preliminary round.

Defenseman Erik Gustafsson and center Marcus Kruger did not record a point for Sweden. Gustafsson and Kruger both put up three points in group play.
Canada 3, United States 0
Dylan Strome and Canada won Group A with a 3-0 win over the United States and Blackhawks teammates Alex DeBrincat and Patrick Kane.
All three Chicago players did not register a point in the game. Kane fired three shots on net and DeBrincat had two.
Strome has four points (one goal, three assists) for Canada. Kane’s 10 points lead the Americans, while DeBrincat paces the team with six goals.
Germany 4, Finland 2
Dominik Kahun scored a goal in Germany’s win over Finland.
Kahun received a pass in the slot from Edmonton’s Leon Draisaitl and backhanded a shot past Chicago goalie prospect Kevin Lankinen to tie it 2-2. Kahun put up five points (one goal, four assists) in the preliminary round.

Defenseman Henri Jokiharju had the secondary assist on Harri Pesonen’s opening goal for Finland in the first period. Lankinen 17 saves in the loss. Jokiharju posted two assists in group play.
Czech Republic 5, Switzerland 4
Prospect Dominik Kubalik scored his fourth goal of the tournament for the Czech Republic.
Kubalik found himself alone in front and flipped the puck into the net to make it 4-2 in the second period. He scored 10 points (four goals, six assists) in the preliminary round.

Prospect Philipp Kurashev recorded the secondary assist on Tristan Scherwey’s goal for Switzerland. Kurashev logged four points (two goals, two assists) in group play.
Latvia 4, Norway 1
Andreas Martinsen logged the secondary assist on Tobias Lindstorm’s only goal for Norway. Martinsen had six assists during the tournament.
Slovakia 2, Denmark 1 (SO)
Prospect Mathias From did not play in Denmark’s loss to Slovakia.
