April 20th - Beard of the Day: Tommy Chong

Because today is... something... right?

Chong has always rocked a solid beard - even after being jailed on a BS charge back in '03 I'm sure Chong had the nicest beard in the joint.  By the way, in 2003 the state of Pennsylvania spent $12 Million and used over 2,000 officers to bring down Chong and others who were selling pipes.  Good job PA.  Great priorities.
