Watch: Blackhawks’ Brent Seabrook scores his 100th career NHL goal

Defenseman Brent Seabrook scored his 100th career NHL goal for the Blackhawks on Monday night against the Devils at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Patrick Kane dished the puck to Seabrook, who was driving to the front of the net, for the goal. The score was the second in 42 seconds in the second period for the Blackhawks.

Seabrook is the third defenseman in franchise history to reach the 100-goal total. Doug Wilson (225) and Bob Murray (132) also reached the century mark.

His 449 career points with the Blackhawks rank 23rd in franchise history, and his 349 assists are 13th in the team’s record books.

The 33-year-old Seabrook now has five goals and 17 points in 47 games this season.
