Blackhawks playoff picture: April 5

The Chicago Blackhawks have three games left in the regular-season and are fighting for playoff positing. Each day until the end of the regular-season, we’ll breakdown their seeding chances in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Monday’s results

St. Louis defeated the Arizona Coyotes to rejoin the Dallas Stars atop the Central Division. By virtue of ROW the Blues remain in second place. The Blues need only a point during the next two games will secure home-ice in the first round.

Tuesday’s scoreboard watch

Chicago, who sits six points back of St. Louis, hosts Arizona. While Nashville already has locked in the first wild-card spot they can still have an impact on the playoff race. The Predators host Colorado, who are on the verge of elimination. On the other side of the end, Minnesota can clinch a playoff berth when they host San Jose.
