Watch: Brendan Perlini scores his first goal for Blackhawks

Brendan Perlini scored his first goal for the Blackhawks against the Sharks on Sunday at the United Center.

For Perlini, it’s his third goal of the season. The 22-year-old set career highs with 17 goals and 13 assists in 74 games last season with the Coyotes. He was acquired with forward Dylan Strome by Chicago a week ago in a swap for forward Nick Schmaltz. All three players are former first-round draft picks, with Strome the highest at No. 3 overall in 2015.

Strome had his first multi-point game of the season with a goal and an assist in his Blackhawks debut in the team’s 8-3 loss to the Golden Knights on Nov. 27 in Chicago.
