Five different Blackhawks players scored for Team Red in a 5-1 win over Team White at the Blackhawks Training Camp Festival on Sunday at the United Center.
Brandon Saad and Anton Wedin scored in the first period, Alex Nylander added one on a penalty shot in the second, and Olli Maatta and Tyler Sikura each tallied in the 3-on-3 overtime period.
Kris Versteeg, who is on an AHL contract, netted the lone goal for Team White on a penalty shot in middle frame. It was his first goal in a Blackhawks uniform since Game 5 of the 2015 Western Conference quarterfinal against Nashville.
Prospect Philipp Kurashev did not play after practicing Saturday in the team’s second day of training camp. Kurashev sustained a left knee injury and shoulder contusion after a hit Tuesday at the NHL Prospect tournament in Traverse City, Michigan.
Reminder: First-round pick Kirby Dach is out with a concussion suffered 5 days ago at NHL Prospect Tournament and hasn’t practiced.

Team Red took an early lead when Maatta circled behind the net and found Saad in front for a one-timer past Robin Lehner. Wedin, who signed as a European free agent in the spring, fired a quick wrister from the left faceoff circle to beat Lehner five-hole.

Corey Crawford and Lehner exited after the first and Matt Tomkins (Red) and Alexis Gravel (White) entered.
Nylander deked to the left before cutting back the other way to beat Tomkins to make it 3-0 Red in the second. Versteeg put Team White on the scoreboard with a nifty move to beat Gravel.

AHL goaltenders Collin Delia (White) and Kevin Lankinen (Red) were perfect in the third period before the game moved to overtime. The Blackhawks also sat Alex DeBrincat, Patrick Kane, Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, Andrew Shaw, Jonathan Toews and Saad in the third.
Maatta blew past Chad Krys and beat Delia glove side then Tyler Sikura, who is on an AHL deal, made it 5-1 with a backhand moments later that saw him crash into the boards.
