Stanley Cup coming this weekend to Chicago for Winter Classic fan festival

The Stanley Cup will return to Chicago this weekend.

The most-prized trophy in hockey makes its return to Chicago for the Winter Classic three-day fan festival, which starts Saturday at Jay Pritzker Pavillion at Millennium Park. The Stanley Cup viewing will be from noon to 4 p.m. each day.

The fan festival will feature family-friendly experiences, including autograph sessions with former Blackhawks and Bruins players. Three Chicago-based bands (Red Carpet Riot, State! And 97Nine) will give free performances.

Saturday, Dec. 29

Noon – 4 p.m. – The Stanley Cup

Noon – 1 p.m. – Brian Campbell autograph session

2 – 3 p.m. – Bryan Bickell autograph session

11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. – Musical performance by Red Carpet Riot

Sunday, Dec. 30

Noon – 4 p.m. – The Stanley Cup

1:30 – 2:15 p.m. – Denis Savard autograph session

2:30 – 3:30 p.m. – MillerCoors Beer Summit and Q&A with Ray Bourque & Denis Savard

11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. – Musical performance by Stache

Monday, Dec. 31

Noon – 4 p.m. – The Stanley Cup

Noon – 1 p.m. – Tony Esposito autograph session
