Watch: Blackhawks’ Dylan Sikura scores his first NHL goal

Dylan Sikura scored his first career NHL goal for the Blackhawks on Sunday against the Red Wings at United Center.

Erik Gustafsson’s shot from the left circle redirected off Filip Hronek’s left skate to Sikura, who fired the puck into a wide-open net.

Sikura, who was selected in the sixth round of the 2014 NHL draft by Chicago, had 13 assists in 43 NHL games before scoring his first goal. He was called up Dec. 7 from the Rockford IceHogs in the AHL, where he was tied for the team lead in scoring with 16 points (nine goals, seven assists) in 22 games.
