Rocky Wirtz has been talking about building a new practice rink on the land close to the United Center for a while, but yesterday some more concrete plans were announced. Johnny’s Icehouse West, their current practice rink, is pretty near the UC (and a lot closer than the Edge out in Bensenville, the previous rink), but this will be even closer.
