Joel Quenneville became the second-winningest coach in NHL history and the Chicago Blackhawks extended its winning streak to nine games with a 2-1 victory over the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night at Bell Centre.
The Blackhawks finish the second half of a back-to-back when they visit the Toronto Maple Leafs on Friday at Air Canada Centre.
