Morning Bag Skate: NHL to announce 2015-16 season salary cap Tuesday

Chicago Blackhawks general manager Stan Bowman will join 29 other GMs in Las Vegas for the first general manager meeting Tuesday, where GMs will learn the salary cap for next season.
