Patrick Kane scored the first goal of the Jeremy Colliton era for the Blackhawks on Thursday night at the United Center.
Kane also scored the first goal in Joel Quenneville’s first game behind the Blackhawks’ bench in 2008. The Hurricanes scored four unanswered goals before Kane knocked in a rebound from an Artem Anisimov shot for Chicago’s first goal.
