This is essentially the hockey version of falling over while getting crossed up in basketball.
Except this one probably hurts a lot more.
Thankfully no one got injured on the hit by defenseman Ron Hainsey, who was traded to the Penguins last week. Plays like that are sure to make his new teammates notice him.
