Kaner is go for tonight – According to the Trib:
Kane participated in the Hawks’ morning skate Thursday and afterward said he is recovered enough to play. With Kane’s return, Troy Brouwer will drop to the fourth line and Ben Eager will be opposite Kane with Patrick Sharp as their centerman.
I’m actually pretty surprised they’d bring him back for this game. The Hawks have been rolling and it’s not like they’re desperate for a win – and it’s not like the Avs have put up much of a fight so far this year. I’d much rather have him rest tonight and take his time.. at least until this weekend when we’re facing a divisional opponent.
Kane has never missed much time at any level so I’m sure he’s dying to get back out and play.. hopefully he’s not rushing anything
