World Juniors 2019: Dec. 29 schedule, TV, game thread

The Blackhawks will have all seven of their players in action on Day 4 of the World Junior Championship.

Swiss center Philipp Kurashev (2018 fourth-rounder) faces off against Denmark to open the day. Kurashev scored two power-play goals in the Swiss’ 3-2 loss to Canada on Thursday. He has two goals and a secondary assist in two tournament games. The Danes have been outscored 19-0 in two contests.

Finnish defenseman Henri Jokiharju (2017 first-rounder) takes on Slovakia. Jokiharju picked up his first point of the tournament with a secondary assist on Finland’s fifth goal in a 5-0 win over Denmark on Thursday.

The next two games feature Blackhawks players on both teams.

In the third game of the day, Czech defenseman Jakub Galvas (2017 fifth-rounder) takes on Canadian forward MacKenzie Entwistle (2017 third-rounder via Arizona trade) and defenseman Ian Mitchell (2017 second-rounder). Entwistle has two goals and Mitchell has two assists.

Swedish defenseman Adam Boqvist (2018 first-rounder) meets American center Evan Barratt (2017 third-rounder) in the nightcap. Boqvist has three secondary assists in two games, while Barratt has one goal.

Games will air on NHL Network in the United States and TSN in Canada.
