The main reason for picking Conan is that it’s about time we had a good red-beard up here. I guess J.H.C. kinda has one – but we needed a full on red head.
Conan’s beard I guess was related to the writer’s strike a while back when TV stopped being funny. All TV except for Conan, the Daily Show and Colbert Report that is. Conan was still hilarious and growing a strike beard was even better.
