The Blackhawks and Flames remain tied after the middle frame in Calgary, as neither team could find the back of the net in the second period, and they’re heading to the third period in a 1-1 tie. The Blackhawks looked much better in the second period than the first, and managed to outshoot the flames 8-4 in the period. They closed the frame with a little more than 30 seconds remaining on a power play, so they will open the third with the man advantage.
