Jonathan Toews’ summer of getting back in shape continues

Jonathan Toews on social media has been a blast. And really, this summer I’ve been having the most fun with him complaining about being out of shape – especially because, you know, he really, really isn’t.

Case in point, as he continues to travel around this summer:

Pretty awesome to have the opportunity of working with amazing athletes like Chicago Blackwawk Captain, and 3x Stanley Cup Champion, Jonathan Toews. There is no way that I could have known that this career would land me where I now find myself. I am continually in a state of appreciation for my good fortune and the support I have received from people that have helped me along the way. He’s basically pure muscle. (And in that video, oil.) Conditioning is only a part of it – but it’s easy to see why Toews is one of the best in the game.
