Times like these call for incredible levels of leadership from our beards, so we’ve decided to call in the heavy artillery today and tomorrow. Today, we give you Moses.
According to the Old Testament, Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt to escape genocide and slavery at the hands of the Egyptians in search of their promised land. In order to reach the aforementioned destination after being lost for years, he had to part the Red Sea. Here’s hoping there are some parallels to be drawn given the current situation.
Moses is represented here, in his most famous incarnation, by Charleton Heston. A certifiable wack job to be sure, but a Northwestern alumnus, which we hope a good omen.
