Morning Bag Skate: 9-30-18

Cam Ward made 16 saves to help lift the Chicago Blackhawks to a 4-1 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday at the United Center. Brent Seabrook, Artem Anisimov, Brandon Saad and Patrick Kane scored, and Erik Gustafsson had two assists for the Hawks.

Chicago will have a few days off before beginning its regular season Thursday in Ottawa.
