Scott Darling will begin the players’ 24-hour trips with the Stanley Cup on Monday in his native Lemont, Ill. The backup goaltender will bring the Cup to a public viewing from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the CORE Building at the Lemont Park District. It seems fitting that the first Chicagoland native to have his name on the Cup as a member of the Hawks will begin the player tour.
