Morning Bag Skate: Blackhawks squander 3-goal lead in OT loss to Avalanche

The Chicago Blackhawks blew a three-goal lead in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday at Pepsi Center. Chicago returns to action Thursday in Anaheim.

In CHL playoffs action, Blackhawks prospect Graham Knott had an assist in Windsor’s 3-2 Game 7 loss to rival London. Knott’s season isn’t over though as the Spitfires will host the Memorial Cup starting May 19 when they take on the QMJHL champions. London advances to take on Alex DeBrincat and the Erie Otters for the third straight year.
