Collin Delia made a career-high 46 saves and Patrick Kane scored a hat trick to power to Blackhawks to a 5-2 win over the Wild on Thursday at the United Center. The Blackhawks have Friday off before visiting the Avalanche on Saturday at the Pepsi Center.
The IceHogs host the Wolves on Friday.
Elsewhere in Chicago sports, the Fire signed Brazilian centerback Marcelo from Portuguese club Sporting CP on Thursday. The Bulls (9-26) visit the Wizards on Friday in Washington, D.C.
