Morning Bag Skate: 6-27-19

The Blackhawks announced they’ll host their development camp from July 15-19 at Fifth Third Arena. Rosters for the camp will be released at a later date.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, Fire midfielder Djordje Mihailovic and the United States men’s national team defeated Panama 1-0 to win Group D and advance to the knockout round in the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Jose Abreau hit a two-run homer over the Green Monster in the ninth inning to lift the White Sox past the Red Sox 8-7. The Cubs’ rally came up short in a 5-3 loss to the Braves. The Sky fell 81-74 to the Mystics.

On Thursday, the Cubs host the Braves.
