Blackhawks center prospect Philipp Kurashev scored his World Junior Championship tournament-leading sixth goal Friday in a semifinal game against Finland at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
After trailing 4-0 in the first period, Kurashev put the Swiss on the scoreboard with a power play goal.

Kurashev has a tournament-leading six goals with one assist. Chicago selected him in the fourth round of the 2018 NHL draft with the pick acquired in the Ryan Hartman trade with Nashville.
Kurashev’s power play tally came after Blackhawks defenseman Henri Jokiharju scored one of his own for Finland.
